A B C purchase property together 2 run business all registered proprietors
A B = business partners B C are married they all hold as tenants in common with A having 50% share and B C holding their share as joint tenants. B dies, leaving A & C in the property. C no longer want anything 2 do with business and wants to have sole use of one floor of the property. A wishes to sell because without B business will be bad, and keeping the property pointless and costly. Can C enforce her plans upon A?
