@Punk1984Rock bro the original solo is acoustic. check out most of the live versions are played with acoustic. check out S&M live and youll see that hetfield plays the solo with acoustic (no its not kirk that playing the solo)

If you played those power chords in the second chorus with your index and ring fingers or index and pinky, it would sound much better. Playing them with your index and middle fingers is just asking for bad tone (plus I'm sure it's uncomfortable). 4/5*

to darkshitter, I have an idea but I don't know weather it works for you, you have to press the seventh fret on the high e with ring finger (as I do) and jump on the eight fret on the same string with the pinkie one, then you only have to slide and you will figure out it how to make it sound good.
