@osterianio That's Gabe Caretto. He's the director of the American River Chorus based out of the California Delta chapter of the FWD. He also just won the FWD Championship with Artistic License.
This arrangement is downright epic. My quartet sang it at our annual show and a swear we received more applause than the guest quartet.
Brought the house down. I'd like to think it was our amazing voices, but deep down, I know it's the arrangement that has that built-in steady build up to the end that makes it ridiculously satisfying.
This is the song my big sis always used to sing to me when I was sad and crying. my whole family are singers, all the men are barbershop... it's just beautiful
Brilliant! I remember these guys had a website many years ago, where I got their Smile mp3 and made my own rendition of the great ending in Adobe Audition. The guy who advised me about that program doesn't seem to be in this video, I think he was the baritone. Great video! Great song!
I can't tell if it is the goosebumps or the lump in my throat. This performance may top "Lucky Old Sun" as the best live song of 2009! (Sorry Crossroads, this was a night to remember.)
Hey, Tim, when are ya gonna do a MultiTrack of one of your Sweet Adeline-range learning tracks from your TimTracks Website, such as "Puttin' On the Ritz" or, better yet, the "Smile Medley"!?
You could bill yourself here as the One-Man Sweet Adeline Quartet!
You won't believe the chill that just ran up my spine when I heard that last chord. Though I think the post kind of covered every one else up, but that happens when you have a post that high, lol.
whoa, that bari looks like me but with a goatee...

About 35 years ago, I saw the movie "Smile," and now I think of that crazy film and Nat King Cole every time I hear this song.
Thanks for uploading this, Tim. Late Show's performance is absolutely fantastic!
Some of your chords literally made my speakers ring and shake a little bit. You guys are awsome. I love your interpretation of this song!
