Jesus said: "All authority has been given to me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you." (Matthew 28:1920a)
Dear born again believer, It is no longer a choice but Jesus command.
Jhn 14:6 Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
No one dies because of Jesus. Not one. Any atrocities that are done in the name of Jesus have absolutely nothing to do with Him. Those that commit such acts cannot be called "Christian" no matter what they say, and they have never met the Jesus of the Bible. If I punch someone in the face while yelling "This one is for Elvis Presley!", I am pretty sure my victim would not be able to sue the estate of Elvis for his broken nose. It wasn't Elvis' fault.
According to the ONE Campaign, one child dies every second from AIDS and extreme poverty. The world-wide death rate is three people per second. About 33% of the world population claims to be Christian, which would mean that two out of the three people that die every second do not claim Jesus as their Savior. I would say that the numbers in my video are actually quite conservative. It could have easily been two people a second or more.
Some things can only be done one way. You only get points in a basketabll game if you put the ball in the hoop. The chemical make-up of watter is not up for debate. You have to pass certain criteria to make it into the military or into the college of your choice. Why is it so hard to imaginge that God made one clear way to receive forgiveness and go to Heaven? He cared enough to take our penalty and spell out the one way so that we don't have to wonder. Does that sound unreasonable or unkind?
People fear what they don't understand, and there is obviously quite a bit of fear on this board which has resulted in anger and false accusations. If people are not going to try and understand the Christian point of view, it might be better to just disable the comments on this video. Jesus lead by example by caring for the poor and hungry. However, He also commanded us to share the Gospel, and we can't pick and choose how we obey God. He didn't give us the option of "keeping it to ourselves".
This is a horrible horrible video. How dare anyone tell people how to live there life, much less that the only way to self-fulfillment is through Christianity? And to take something like the ONE Campaign, which is secular for a reason, and morph it into a religious advocacy clip, is more than absurd. Spirituality is a personal journey-- let people choose their own paths to enlightenment.
religion is a choice that you make as an individual, poverty is not! why do christians have to advertise their religion when it should be a personal choice not influenced by adverts! poverty is something that actual people have to deal with every day and in turn leads to death, do you think that poverty struck communities care about an eternity in heaven or hell jzarbaugh? they are to busy looking for tomorrows meal and in their eyes their life is already an eternity in hell!
even if i didnt believe in god, me going to africa in the summer. has nothing to do with religion. it has to do with the fact, if people dont act, lives will continue to end. Every 3 seconds.
1. Every person will spend eternity in either Heaven or Hell
2. The only way to Heaven is to accept Jesus Christ as the leader and forgiver of your life
Christians should be the first people to step up and work to end hunger. Still, eternity is the bigger picture. Even if you don't believe in Heaven or Hell, you should expect those who do to live like they care about it.
I WILL!

Egads, stumbled across this. I wonder how many people die every x seconds because of Jesus (and other religions).

This was moving.
Even if I may not agree with the message, the vehicle by which it was rendered is touching.

Just saying. If you're going to make a video ripping off the ONE CAMPAIGN, at least make it accurate.
How can a person die without Christ every second if it's one person dies every three seconds, PERIOD.
That doesn't make sense.

y relate religion to poverty
it's predudice & small minded
y shuld christians be the 1st to step up
y cant muslims
or jews
theirs one thing people forget to respect other religions & not cancel them out cause of it
plus other religions believe in what christians do to
like muslims we believe in jesus christ but don't believe he is the leader
^^ i think i got that ryt =S

Christians really believe:
