That symbol existed WAY before Hitler adopted the symbol for the Nazi Regieme; in Asian countries, the symbol, called a swastika, represents peace or good fortune.

The only reason I know this is because one of the dungeons in the Japanese version of the original Legend of Zelda was shaped like a swastika; it caused quite a bit of controversy when the game was released in the US, and Nintendo ended up changing that dungeon's layout for the North American version of the game.

I love it when i see people using swastikas (not in the hatefull way), 'cause it means they wont let nazism ruin their symbol.
