The cicero couldn't explain you about the buildings built during 30'-s under the influence of the Italian Fascist regime. The architecture style is a neo-classical style, since fascism wanted to emulate Roman Empire and was insipired to Rome's acient architecture.
The Et'hem Bey mosque is not the oldest one, but the only one survived by the communism period. Tirana had 35 mosques and tekkes and the first one was of 1614 when Suleyman Pasa built the modern city!
Decent video. Good quality/colour. It's pleasing to see a video without silly narative too. Now I'm ready for a visit of Tirana to see it for myself.
