V even referenced this by calling the chancellor an ignorant minded conservative right before he starts talking about the steps to anarchy. So how is Glenn the protagonist? I think it points out his delusions in a fun way, and this was before he became clearly insane and got cancelled.

Beck would never be this articulate. And he uses "God" as the Dictatorship in V for Vendetta, accusing all the evil of the world on "Godlessness". Look at the video: "Glenn Beck is just like the guy form V for Vendetta"

Yes, as I told @BendoverBernanke, I am aware that Beck is very different from V. This is meant to be gently ironic, and guess at how Beck might see himself. I think the contrast points out his flaws.

Beck is used to make you follow, He is no V. Beck is the counter to someone like Anderson Cooper. He says honest things, but leaves out the most important parts. He is another distraction.

I understand that directly he is portrayed by that pundit character, but don't you find it interesting to see him in the opposite role? It seems to me like this is how Glenn views himself and how conservatives see him, and I like how jarring it is to see him in that position too!

@SmallQuadruped Actually Glenn isn't that different from V the main differences are that Glenn has a platform to speak from, telling people to be Non violent and to look inside themselves to find what is true to them. To look at the founding documents and realize that wile yes these were flawed men they had the best of intentions, that the majority of the founders wanted to free the slaves.
