The Ice Museum at the Orange County Fair is a collaborative venture between three separate ice sculpture companies, Carving Ice Anaheim, Carving Ice Orlando, and Mark Daukas Designs.
Six time national ice carving champion, and world champion Mark Daukas, owner of Mark Daukas Designs, is credited with carving the angel in the viewing window. Mark also reproduced Michelangelo's David torso and Rodin's Thinker in human scale for the Ice Museum.
