There's a few ways. You could follow the robot alllll the way to the end, fly as high as you can so the glider moves slowly, then turn around and go back. There's a way to get it earlier, but the timing needs to be perfect.

If so, you can make a turn in the second room, but the timing has to be perfect.

...Yes, it is a glitch. People apparently don't know the definition of "glitch." Not all glitches are beneficial, meaning some are just for playing around with. This glitch does help you skip a level, but it is a glitch considering the developers didn't intend any of this to happen.

If you defeat her right there, you may get the infinite cutscene glitch, which the same cutscene repeats (Ratchet saving the protopet) until you reset. It's only happened to me once.

me too...it happened along time ago,but I remember my friend watching me play and then it happened,and we eventually had to reset it
