@spongebob95ful What CFW are you running? The same thing happened to me running 6.60 ME. What you do is shut off your PSP, then hold down the home button and start it up again. This will launch the PSP in the OFW. Now go into USB mode, and on your computer just delete the IRshell files you added on, then restart your PSP to put it back into the CFW.

All you really need to do is get those files off your memory stick. So if you have a card reader you could use that too.
