I have like all the symptoms of this. Muscle spasms everywhere on my body, palpitations, random sharp shooting pains, constipation, twitching eyelids. I NEED a good supplement.
you forgot fizzy drinks that pull all the calcium out of your bones and no we do not recommend SSRI;s they are full of fluoride and other chemicals that cause the very issues you are trying to cure. doctors need to switch back to natural medicines period.
i knew this was the kook bin and out trots the tin foil hat conspiracy junk about the bad toothpaste - don't be afraid of crest or colgate .. fluoride is good for u
@mikefiftynine yeah i heard vegetables control your mind, esp carrots, they are crafty. those vitamins are seriously manipulative too. you got to watch these cult foods man, they will have you up against the wall in the supermarket. just dont go there..
Thank you for a most informative video. Truly appreciate this. I have a 28 yr old daughter who has a mild form of hypermobility. She recently slipped and took a fall on ice. Her thigh bone has 'entered her knee as a battering ram' according to the surgeon. He also said she will need a replacment knee in about 2 years' time. I wish to avoid this and have researched means of building and repairing her bones. I am using transdermal magnesium and collagen supplements at the moment.
Hi @Lilylibra, you may want to look into MSM (sulphur) and Silica. Get supplements only in angstrom-sized ionic liquid form - great brand is Mineralife.
Brilliant - I have had awful night cramps for years and was desperately researching anything that could help me- I came across your lecture and I noticed I was a dead ringer for every single one of your "flags" for magnesium deficiency. I went to my local pharmacist and have been taking supplements for just a few weeks and I feel like a different person. Sincere thanks.
Alcohol is also high in sugar. Refined sugar also depletes other vitamins nutrients. Also with increased Calcium intake, you must increase magnesium. (Note calcium added to milk, Orange juice, etc.) Increasing calcium supplement does not help build bones. Diuretics deplete your body of all minerals. Great video, we need more healers like this in this world.
@mythtree Actually, alcohol itself has no sugar content, it was all consumed by the yeast used in making it. However, it contains 7 calories per gram as opposed to 4 for carbs and proteins, and 9 for fats. And given a choice, your body will use the alcohol for fuel before it uses the other three types of fuel.
@macruadhi Thank you for your reeducation regarding my mis-perception as to sugars affecting degeneration of nutrients (particularly vitamin C) upon consumption of alcohol. Chemistry is not my forte, and perhaps I misunderstood the causation. I wonder what in the process that such nutrients are depleted in conjunction, perhaps it is merely the effect as a diuretic, although it seems more than just that. Hoping to learn in love & light :)
@boys356 What he said was, "have your doctor run a test called a SpectraCell" (that's spelled with an "a" -- NOT with an "o") Intracellular Vitamin Analysis.
Why can't all doctors be like you!!! All doctors layer bandages on bandages, It drives me nuts!! you must be a naturopath, thank you for not promoting the mass distribution and consumption of pharmaceuticals!
Best Magnesium video I have seen, this pretty much explained how I got on hypertension meds, and how I got back off again. I wish my doctor has seen this, now there's an idea....
I have a question, a friend highly recommended magnesium citrate to help calm my nerves, but are there other magnesium "types" that are better than citrate? I asked her since she read the magnesium miracle book and swear up and down citrate however i read that magnesium chloride is by far the best magnesium. so i am confused. can someone explain.
How would you describe the effects of a Magnesium deficiency on the body RE: Cramping in the calves/legs during long distance walking (distances of greater than 30km in one walk)? I have cramps at no other times and recently ran 5km in 21:50 and can lunge walk 2:30 and rest 1:00 X 4. I am just trying to make small changes to my lifestyle/diet in preparation for a 100km/24hr in 3 weeks. Urgent advice required. BTW: Best health video!
Non-specific stress (subconscious held in energy that we are usually not aware of
totally) is the cause of a reduced immune system along with nutrition. You really will
feel better if you change your lifestyle. Buy a copy of "The Healing Codes" written by
A doctor who researched stress to help his wife. This book is very different and it will
help you change your life almost effortlessly because it changes your subconscious images that create hell in your life and cause bad habits to persist.
We killing ourselves with the food we eat. I ate a pizza one night and felt so depressed after eating it. I just started crying for no reason. Somethng in that pizza caused that reaction.
great. shows how band-aid solutions through drug therapies can actually exacerbate both nutritional needs and compound health problems. Let's get our nutrition from pure food sources before running to the pharmacy! thx doc
