  • Get ready guys we have developed a new kind of cell of which nobody has seen. Right out of Austin, Texas. Totally stable, needs mo PWM, in fact it even burst the gas bubbles before they leave the cell. Thanks to guys like you, this technology is going to help lots of people.

  • Hi there,

I own a 2000 Ford Mustang V6 3.8L, and I have installed a dry cell HHO system from HydroClub USA. This system came with a flash chip which is an electronic device wired at the OBD II port. I am disappointed as this system because it has decreased my gas mileage dramatically. After two tank fill-ups and installing this system I have had a loss of 20 to 25 miles per tank. This is insane.. ! I dont get it. how these folks get gains..Im growing skeptic now and losing faith.

  • good result... on my motorbike i almost saved 50% from my usual usage....

  • You could try doing just an idle test and time how long it takes to burn up a ga

llon, hat would eliminate the road condition testing.

  • I am inclined to agree with you on this, the less electronic stuff in the system the better, its hard to get something simple, but my latest unit im building now is simple in the extreme but it will have indicators only, nothing fancy at all. Less to go wrong that way.

    Thom in Scotland.

  • Our own tests showed about 20amps steady giving the best results using a PWM & 40amp wiring so no problems with load. A healthy alternator should easily cope with an extra 20a.

You should get a 25% gain in efficiency, though US ECU's are sometimes programmed to reverse any MPG increases. Non ECU cars give better results. My own Jap car went from 30/39 to 45/60(town/highway) Also, beware of Ethanol in your gas as it demolishes your MPG.

  • Do you have a vid of the system on your truck? I would really appreciate seeing it.

  • No efie ??? Re-test and I am sure you will be losing mileage when the O2 sensor corrects for the added oxygen and you will use more fossil fuel. 16-24 amps is too much as well - aren;t you buring up wires, toggle switches and other components at that amperage.?

  • I still dont understand how ppl are claiming huge gas mileage increases. I performed development engineering for an unnamed HHO manufacturing company and the results (an emissions enigneer and their Ph.D chemical enigneer) and were very minimal negligible. No one still understands HOW this happens.

  • when you wanted to say pwm and said pow, that made me laugh becuase everyone is a pow as far as gas is concerned. dont you hate it when people knock what you do and then try it, and then are all over it? that might be a "consideration" and hopefully you can keep testing it to see if it works? what was that? i thought thats what you just did... any way stay safe man. wait no efie? haha now your just messing with people arent you? if your not i suggest you learn to figure stuff out first.

  • you lost me with the last part of you post - still thanks for stopping by & saying Hi

  • Thanks Steve for posting your results for all to see. Glad my design worked well for you. I have posted some pretty good numbers on the Ranger I'm testing as well. Keep testing and continue the good work!

    Smack

  • You the man Smack

Just want to say thanks for your design and making a system where the average joe (me) can make & install = good stuff.

I look forward to your vids & your test results & thanks for the compliment.

  • Yes, this is the purpose of the design. I'm glad to see it being put to good use.

    E

  • Did you not watch the vid? I got an increase of 14.63% w/out an efie or any other electronics.

Now watch "o2 revisit with corrected test procedure"

u will see even when a butt load of oxygen is injected before o2 sensor (in this case) the o2 voltage does NOT change.

So this "Oxygen sensor will detect unburn oxygen and thus inject more fuel" is not true for every make and model. Perhaps its true for some, but clearly not all.

    Something to think about.

    :)

  • You've got what made America great, a real can-do spirit. Continued success!!

  • Congrats on your success! To be honest I already knew your results would be positive because I know of another unit built and tested in the Phillipines on a motorcycle where a 25% increase in MPG was achieved using a McCormick pepper can as the hydrolyzer. Please check your inbox.

  • Nice work Steve. Thanks for sharing your results. Your shortening the learning curve for the rest of us.

  • Thanks for posting this,

    it is very interesting

    and true science (hands-on)!

  • way to go brotha, stick it to the man!!

  • BTW I was wondering what is the estimated price to buy all the parts?

I wanna make this thing NOW!

  • not really sure what it came out to be - just look at the smacks parts list & price it out.

    :)

  • 5 stars, good job, glad thing a working out for you.

  • Very nice.

I assume one of your earlier videos show where you are feeding it into the engine. I'll go back and review them.

  • Nice job!! All the more encouraging for us guys starting out!

  • Steve great results, keep up the great vids my own project is almost installed in my 1999 Dodge Ram hope to be done tomorrow . Your vids have been a great help and keep the fire going in my own project. maybe we can all figure this out some day . Peace Jayhawkhho

  • Thats a pretty good increase , not bad not bad at all...It has took me 4 months to get mine up to a 7 mpg increase ..Never give up and like smartscarecrow says Just build it....Great work man kepp it up

  • Excellent results AH! I believe that now you have to move on to PWM and some oxygen sensor mods, because this is as far as it will go without any mods. Non the less it is fantastic that you gained a whole 15%. Go to Yahoo group called "WorkingWaterCar". They have a lot going on and can help you. Best of luck!

  • Nice work Steve. Definitely need an efie though.

  • yea, now to keep working and seeing if this is a repeatable result.

    :)

  • I have been watching for some time. When I get upset because of doing something wrong,I just remmber the hole in your work bench and I just keep going! Glad to see you keep on going and not let someone ELSE Stop you because of the other persons view or comments.Good results Keep On Truck-en.

  • Thanks 988 - yea I'm gonna keep working on this, but more tests are needed.

    Back to work.

    :)

  • Good job! Glad you're here to stay.

One more consideration - Driving habits. It's amazing how different we drive once aware.

  • yes that is something else to consider.

Perhaps if/when I get more accurate & repeatable results I might go get a dyno test. We'll see.

BTW I look forward to seeing more vids from you and your new system.

    :)

  • not bad ... this is a very encouraging result ... good luck with your next phase ...

  • thank you but there is still a long way to go.

    :)
