It's the Nascar Racing 2003 PC game from Papyrus with a mod on it for drag racing. the game is no longer fro sale. The only way to get it is used or through places like ebay.
I forgot, sorry guys. I did tweak the track to get it to do that. I increased the traction. To do that, go into the track folder called AODDragway, then look for the track.ini file. Open it and look for the line called:
track_asphalt_grip
Then horse around with that number to increase traction, I don't remember what number I ended up at to get that so you will have to play with it.
You have to look for for a custom track made for drag racing called AODDragway. Do a search on the Internet and load that track into your track folder. Then put really soft springs in the rear and stiffer springs in the front. And then make your shocks like 90/10's in the front, lower your gear ratio way down.
