  • @NitramRellim SCRELAB tell that with fins is to easy do 50m, in fact is right!

  • As close to perfection as I've ever seen :-O

  • semplicemente bravissima!!!! :)))

  • Wow tout simplement divine a regarder. La souplesse, le coup de palme, la technique est impressionnante. J'ai adoré. Je débute ma récolte d'info sur le sujet et... La barre est haute avant que je trouve quelque chose d'aussi majestueux :)

  • I can dive without a monofin 50m and I haven`nt got a youtube viedeo abaut!

  • Undine.

  • that's a crazy looking bulkhead..

  • this is the little mermaid *---* perfect girl!Congratulations!

  • This is the Little Mermaid!

  • a mermaid!!!

  • Uhmmm

  • nnnnnnnniiiiiiiiiiiiccccccccceeeeeeeee =)

  • its so much more entertaining when a girl does this ^^

  • ur hot even in water

  • O_o you can hold your breath that long????

  • srg

  • I am an out of shape 46 yr old who has been testing myself at the community pool. I can make it 50M but with out fins and apparently my technique is work. I do more of a breast stroke. Thanks .

  • @beautifulboy33 man, 46, out of shape, without monofin... hmm.. it doesn't look that cool even if u do 100M. ;)

  • @xvaall I do it because it's a meditation of sorts, not to look cool.

  • i havent got so much air in my lumbs o its a 25 m swiiming

  • i want one!!!

  • Like a mermaid xD

  • great technique!

  • @NitramRellim I said she's wonderful to see but it's not a long time in apnea.

  • molto bella da vedere però con la pinna 50 metri non ci vuole molto a farli in apnea... :)

  • @SCRELAB cosa? po inglese, per inglese! ;)

  • @NitramRellim I said she's wonderful to see but it's not a long time in apnea

  • @NitramRellim I said she's wonderful to see but it's not a long time in apnea

  • @NitramRellim i can do that but without monofin :D

  • @NitramRellim SCRELAB said (1 year ago!) that she is really beautiful to see, but in his opinion it's not so hard to swim 50 m dynamic apnea with mono fin; I - for the matter - agree because I'm able to cover that distance swimming underwater breaststroke without fins, and I'm a simple amateur swimmer. Anyhow, she is really beautiful, women have a wonderful hip flexibility and in my opinion their dolphin (over and underwater) is quite always far more harmonious then ours (i.e. of men).

  • Great technique.

    Ps nice buns.

  • Yea,me too ! i want thoses !

  • I WANT THOSE FINS

  • that one would retail for 300 bucks, professional one. A "rapid" will retail for 100, not so pro but ok

  • Bravo! Excellent technique sure you can go hundred!

  • i want one of those SO bad

  • you are a dolphin!

  • was it 25m water?

  • forth and back 2*25

  • sexy

  • gracefully done

  • she looks like a mermaid

  • riesco anchio

  • que buena condicion tiene esta chava, :S

  • I managed this without fins, took me a few tries but i did it in the end. 50 meters isn't that far.

  • Sure, it's far when you want to do it relaxed...

  • When I was in high school, I'd do 35m without fins... it is really hard...

  • i have done this few times , its really difficult , this lady makes it look easy

  • amazing, i'm in love!!

  • okay how far should a normal person do this? (without fins) im thinking of trying apnea sports and I wanna get the best possible start before trying it. I could do 50 meters without fins but i havnt done it for a long time.

  • No matter how long you do it, you should allways have a trained safety diver with you! Taking a course is a ood idea. Then, it's up to you how long you can go...

  • @freebird199 not a chance esp with no fins

  • world record is 213m

  • in DNF that is

  • That is a lot... i can't imagine going that much...

  • She just did 150 meters in training. Her personal (and national) record is 174 m with fins, 113 meters without fins. Can you do that?

  • Good Lungz

  • can you actually move if you do the kick without the big fins?

  • Not as fast, but yes you can still move

  • yes . . . b4 i got my monofin i did tht

  • the mouvement should start from the hands (or so I've been taught)

you keep your arms and hands too stiff

  • looks like she is moving real slow

  • you really know how to move your hips...

  • bella figa

  • beautiful technique and great looking ass

  • hahaha amen to that

  • fer real

  • Agreed

  • @MrKorea lol.

  • Nice HYPER CARBON Monofin! I like the new angle of the blades, Hopefully I can upgrade!

  • yes, the fin is JUST GREAT! Go for it!

  • "Now that´s dynamic for ya"

  • I can only swim 50m with one breath! u r amazing!!!!!!!

  • I swam 50 meters and made it with out taking a breath even though i was wearing no fins and a heavy bathing suit.

  • wow, the move is really beautiful!!

  • that's incredible, swimming 50m with only one breath

  • Incredible? I did 70m without fins after 3 months of training. Everyone in an avarage shape who trains twice a week in a pool can perform 50m without fins in about 2-3 months. Champions swims 150m and more (200+ with fins)...

  • like i said... this was a training dive. if you wanna see some real action, take a look at my other videos. there is a 161m dive.

@ darras2: you should never ever try and show off with your performance. makes you look very small...

  • darras2 is right. 50m is not incredible and as stated this was only a training dive, so it's not supposed to be.

I did 50m without any training (besides doing 25m before I did the 50), so just jump in a pool and get swimming, you'll get there in no time.

  • thats the spirit! I like that. But allways remember to have safety watching you at all dives!!!

  • there are two important physical factors in DA, lung volume and brain activity (as it takes a lot of oxygen). people are different, for some of them it takes years of yoga practice to lower brain activity to the level others have naturally ;)

  • I dont know exactley what you are refering to but I hope it is not that freedivers have a lower brain activity... that is just wrong.

I think what you are refering to is the hear rate. That is true. Reducing the heart rate will save oxygen and help diving longer.

"The size of the lung hase nothing to do with it." they say in The Big Blue. Part of it is true. While a large lung capacity will make it a little easier to dive a small one dose not mea the opposit. It is about efficienty...

  • to make it clear, human's brain in normal state take about 25% of oxygen (75% goes to the body itself, animal's brain takes up to 8%).

freedivers by relaxing and thinking about nothing can reduce that significantly. that's why yoga is so popular among freedivers, cause it helps relaxing. another reason is breathing technique in yoga which also helps a lot.

  • she made that 25m pool look really small

  • awesome!!

  • wow, that looks amazing.

  • Mermaid!

  • she has a really pretty kick

  • MV Bad rulz :)

  • ja, is aba leida inner Seestraße aufgenommen... ;)

  • wow, you did a terrific job !

  • i cant hold my breath that long....

  • Beautiful technique! My new role model.

  • my grandma can also do it with these fins

  • really... can you take a video and post it here? I'm always looking to improve my technique by studying other athlets.

  • dont you just hate ppl that talk the talk but cant walk the walk! that was a very nice swim with great technique. well done.

    ant

  • please yo can say me what`s the brand of this monofin ?

  • OMG. I luv your monofin. What brand is it and where did you get it?

  • Hi, the mono fin is a custom made russian fin. No brand. You'd have to know a guy who knows a guy... If you find a club of fin swimmers or freedivers in your tow, try them.

  • i like the way u don't make ur knees bend alot!well done

  • What is the brand-name of this monofin?

  • Very good, it looks like a sea snake.

  • wow amazing soooooooo smooth

  • where do you get them joined flippers

  • favoloso 5*

  • That was really cool. Looks like a GREAT workout for your body too, especially the LEGS!!! :P

  • amazing! how can you hold your breath so long? is that style easy?

  • lol she only held her breath 45 secs :/

  • yes, this was a training dive that showes only how to train technique.

  • ook thanks but nice tech

  • very good style, looks simple.

  • or a dolphin, or... well, watevers graceful!
