How to use Torrents on Htc Evo 4G or any Android Device

@cubarico20 once ttorrent is done and the bar turns green and says "seeding" you can remove it from ttorrent and turn off ttorrent....then use arcmedia to search for the file under sdcard/torrent...arcmedia will then play it

I got t torrent from android market. Got me an 8gb card today. Started downloding a movie. Download complete but now says its "seeding" what does that mean? I can't play the file.

@insane213333 Ok good, you are on the right track. Now hold down that seeding green bar and just click remove. Now get "ArcMedia" from the market, its free.

once you do that, open arcmedia and hit sdcard then find the torrent ffolder and the movie folder should be in there. just play it using Arcmedia.

All ready subscribed bro. Reason I asked is cuz I don't have a pc but use my smartphone.HTC EVO Shift. I had tryed to used torrents before and asked allot of ppl about it. Almost everybody told me I could only use torrent links on a P.computer till I came across ure youtube vid. I will have to get more memory sd card. @insane213333 You can buy a bigger sd..or do what i do.

I have a 500gb harddrive (or you can save them to your pc or mac)....Take the movies folder/files from your phone and put them on your computer/storage device. That way you can just connect your phone to your computer and transfer which ever movie to the sdcard.

You can make folders inside the sd card with astro..just fyi.

@marvisoverton1 yes it does. Please ask me questions so I know how to help you guys. Its really simple..get the torrent link you want(with high seed) then apply it to ttorrent, then once the movie is downloaded access it through a free app called arcmedia. It should be in the torrent folder...if you ttorrent is not downloading at all, check you connection setting on the app. Sometimes you have to tell it to use 3g or wifi or 4g.

@dizzydez13 Yea that happens..ok, download Arcmedia from the market its free...open it up, click sd card, then find the folder where the movie is at and open it. It usually saves them in the Torrent folder.

@iiNinjaMan Yes, Can you find the video File in Astro File Manager?? Astro File Manager lets you look at folders on your SD Card..Get it free from Market.

Once you get it go to the folder named "Torrent"....Then just tap it and choose your video player.

@UrWhosDaddy is it mp3 file or video file?? Either look at the downloaded file on astro or find it somehow on your SD card..get astro file manager so you can see a folder titled torrents. It shows you what you have.
