  • seems good. like otthers have said the weight seems to be on your toes and not heels. try lowering the bar a bit on you back it seems high. just realized this is an old video. oh well

  • Looks like your bringing the weight to the front of your feet. Keep it on the heels. also where is the hip drive into the finish?
