Well, I think it's because YouTube has increased their filesize limit (2 GB, I think) so I was able to save it as a DV AVI. With my other videos, the limits were lower so I had to step it down quite a bit. Otherwise, nothing fancy, my camcorder is several years old and the same one I used for all my videos.
How long does it take for you to harvest? I'm thinking of starting my own little 1 acre plot. Do you do it all from ladders? Do you cut down the bines after harvest? would it be easier to harvest with them cut down?
This is my buddy's farm (and my first visit). We really only harvested from 3 plants (2 magnum and 1 centennial) and it took ~2 hours with 3-4 people picking. We used ladders mostly but did cut one bine down to the ground (it was done for the year). If possible, better to harvest without cutting...allows the roots to better prepare for next year. Also, you may have a second harvest (depending on location). Hand picking 1 acre of hops will be a chore! Don't wear a tank top to harvest!!!
I like your brewery set up! I'm still doing the basics regarding equipment although I've been brewing for 0ver 20 years.

I wish there was a hops farm like that near where I live, I'd like to try something other than pellet hops for once.
BTW, good luck on that IPA. Hope it turns out great,
