these are great tips if your arthritis is not that bad....but what about when its extremely severe??? i have it in all of my joint. my wrists are soo crippled it hurts to even pick up a water bottle because of the weight of it. i had both my knees replaced which helped a lot, but my ankle is soo messed up from the disease that walking for more than 10 minutes at a time is often difficult. this video if for seniors in early stages of arthritis. iv had this for 23 years since i was 2 years old....
