Sol. Con. and Nuetron Bomb 2 of the best song from one of the thop 5 LA Punk bands from back in the day...miss those days but these clips fuel that fire....
I still have the 'Solitary Confinement/Neutron Bomb' 7" on Dangerhouse Records and it's the heaviest sounding record ever made. LA and The Weirdos couldn't be touched back then! All the new bands should revert to recording on 8 or 16 tracks and they'll find the mean sound that technology has destroyed.
i was amazed he did it for them...but not real surprized,,,being he was in Sparks with the Meal's ,,and all denny's , and all of us are from the palisades...as were the mael's...the wierdo's should of been in ,,the decline of the west civil...as i wanted but director said they werent dark enough,,,i said fuck dark...they are the best,tighest band around...along with the go-gos...i got fired for my effort,,,,but i was rehired..2 days later. chuck keefe
Because now we have Falloutboy and My Chemical Romance and Jonas Brothers and kids who think iggy pop was a popcorn manufacturer. Something new will happen again. Youth are just too lazy now. It's all too easy. Maybe it is the end of youth and pop culture.
That announcer should have shut up and enjoyed the show.
