  • Véronic et Marie-Mai j'adore^^

  • great

  • me encanta esa cancion

  • Shit!

  • J'aime cette chanson!

  • amazing...Pure sex.

  • I need a glass of wine and a damn cigarette. DAMN that was HOT.

  • lØl_Ãnyónë_wåñnâ_chÁt_wÌth_mé_ì_fèël_sô_lõnElý_tÕÐâý▲

  • i got two words out of this song!!

    Gin and Jazz.

amazing tho :) always loved this song!!

  • DAMN, that first woman has dirt in her voice ö.ö

The seconds wasn't that good. She couldn't dance and sing at the same time.

Three and four were okay, nothing special.

All in all I like the original more. The original music is way better. BUT.. french is sexy as hell ;D

  • Not even close to the American Broadway production....

  • this is good but i like the musical version better

  • what an amazing voice from the first one!!

  • wow love it)))

  • It looks a bit sloppy but it sounds nice in french *^_^*

  • i feel like im in the moulin rouge or something..

  • This was my first language, its nice hearing it sung so lovely.

  • lol thats my frenchys alway make themselves look as sexy as posible

  • nice version

    but catherine still winning

versions iv seen vanessa leagh, Pia douwes, catherine zeta jones and this one

  • Love it like to see it in chicago

  • So freaking sexy! I love French!

  • To all the people who think these are French dancers, they're not, they're Canadian. And, they're not professional dancers.

  • It sounded a lot better, but the choreography wasn't so great. I'm starting to think that french women can't dance...

  • @Rs2Rules Don´t forget that these are partly students. Except for the first one all singers (who had to dance also) are candidates of the Star Academy Quebec. So they had just one week to train this - I think considering that it´s more than great ;)

  • las minas estan buenisimas!!!!!!!!!

  • the taught choreography is done well enough, but they don't have the Fosse feel. just the small details where you have to have the Fosse touch to completely and successfully pull off Chicago.

  • dancing isnt as good as the movie. but french is SO PREEETTTY

  • Comment removed

  • the only thing I understood was 'où le gin est froid' :D

  • Great rendition, but where are all the garters? Gotta snap those garters!

  • its very noce in french! i love it and i love the dance! i learned it at my dancelessons

  • she's a good singer....

  • ¡All that jazz en francés we !me lo guardo y me lo aprenderé.

  • hahahaha omg I was just gonna sing along and it started in French!! omg i wish my face had been seen!!!

  • Yikes! They're singing in gibberish!

  • @UrienRheged Too Funny!

  • what a lack of good taste, abdolutely no sexuality, this is not what the song and the play means at all (chita would puke watching this)... but very "Spectacular" as french producers like everything to stage

  • good visit my channel

  • To anyone complaining about the dancing, fyi they're all amateurs. It's sort of Quebec's version of American Idol except with dancing added. Cheers.

  • Static

  • the dancing is completely half-arsed - crap compared with ruthie henshall

  • I have a few words ... Incredibly sexy. Dancing, singing, appearance.

  • The music is quite good and I like the French version of the lyrics, and the use of the four soloists, too. But the choreography is below minimalist--all that hokey waving about isn't dance...and it's certainly not up to Fosse's standards for this piece.

  • All that Jazz interpreted in French! :D

  • Cirque Du Soleil inspired my high school dance team, our school is known for its good jazz dancers and unique performances, we have been wining many of our competitions every year, putting in a lot of effort and style has given us the advantage to win.

  • Love it as much as I love the original Chicago. Personally, I like the movie better than the actual theatre version; but this version is WONDERFUL. So much talent and the French language just makes it better. :)

  • too slow....boring

  • love the dancing!

  • my jazz dance class started this routine this week. so sexy.

  • for some reason its just not sexy to me at all

  • aweeesome! : D

  • Bloody hell, this rendition is better than the original! French made it 20 times sexier! XD

  • @vintageSHOCK my god so true!!!

  • @vintageSHOCK and that grunt in her voice!!! woah!

  • woow!

in french it sound even better!

but liza minelli its irreplacable :)

  • I love it lol

  • I think French makes this song sexier haha!

Maybe it's the fact that they can growl the words.

    I love it!

  • @AliAppleify

I'm french, and I prefer the original version. By far.

Funny how the same thing said/sung in another language can be sexier for our ears :)

    PS: the translation sucks.

  • @Messer4471 The German version is horrible too :P

  • I totally dig it! Bravo! (The leads are strong.)

Chicago, Paris, and 上海 were the original sin cities in the 1920s so it makes perfect sense to have it done in French--now, can someone load a Chinese version?!

  • My favourit girl singing and "acting"jazz is Liza Minelli, she is all jazz! But this girls are just GREAT!

  • I don't care what language it's in. It's still sexy!!

  • Please if you have this mp3 tell me!!! Love this version. Is sexy :))

  • Don't understand what they are saying but the choreography is genius

  • it's actually pretty close translation from the original

but sounds hell of a better :D

  • tres bien

  • O lol. :///

  • uy na do jazz? What?!?

  • I don't understand it at all but I love her voice

  • That's really, really cool! Love it!

  • c'est fantastique

  • so sexy..

  • ****

  • this is the original choreography at the beginning

  • Ooo la la....

  • I need a cold shower right about now. o_o

  • The last lady to sing looks like my ex-girlfriend, except sings better and isn't taking loads of money from me.

French suits this song so well, and the music was excellent.

  • ahaha aw... and yes, this song is soooo sassy in French!

  • i was there

  • Second soloist was amazing.

  • I love it thanks for sharing it!

  • Wow it's really good! The lead singer's got a great voice

  • wow, I think that french version is really magic ;)

  • surprisingly....they sing well but i prefer the english version...

  • its sooo lame in french xDDD

  • I totally agree with you xD. But stil it is sung very nice.

  • wow french is such a beautful language. cant understand a word tho!!

  • @candyycebaby

I understood the word 'JAZZ' (: LOL

  • I love it!!!!! thanks for putting the lyrics!!!!! thank u !!!!

  • wow it sounds awesome in french

    watch our vid :)

  • I aggree :D

  • WOW I CAN'T UNDERSTAND IT.

  • wow in french that sounds great :)

  • lol that was unexpected

  • I DID THIS IN MY SCHOOL

    very simila coreography...

    EXTREMLY SIMIMLAR

  • Its boring. They sing well though.

  • Fantastique!

  • AWESOME !!!

    so sexy !

  • Fantastic in any language!

  • Very good! The only that could have improved it was to bring back Bob Foose. Thanks

  • i dont like this song in french all that much

  • OMG!! that sounds so Awesome in French!!!

  • Nice sexy girls, sweet voices from every... Amazing spectacle and listen in on. I love this show. Thank you for upload this video. Pavel, Czech Republic.

  • Wonderful and magnifique

  • yes, it really is!!!!!

  • i know this song in english!! its very good!!

  • Yes, but this one is even better!!!!

  • wow!!! genial!!!! yo también lo bailé!!! n_n

  • This rules!!!!

  • I don't care where jazz came from, that I can't understand the words, or any other darn thing. That is a great song, a great rendition and some very very nice singers....... Just enjoy it for what it is.

  • You expect too much. They are all amateurs. It's a show along the lines of 'American Idol'. They never performed as professionals.

  • She's singing it REALLY well, but the music is a little...lame. Kinda simple and boring.

  • tres bien bravo encore sorry those the only positive words i kno in french but it was really good

  • Do the French not have a word for 'jazz' then? :P

  • jazz used to be known as shit, didn't it? ;p

anyway, i love chicago, but this version needs sexing up - that's what jazz was all about, right?

  • I understand what you mean (for this to be more sexy), but this was aired on a TV show called ''Star Académie'', the kind of TV shows here in Quebec that all the family watch (y'know, from children to grandmas lol). So I think that's why it's not that sexy.

  • well, i guess that makes sense indeed! :)

  • jazz was invented in the u.s. The word would have just carried over through languages.

    Sinon, elles chantent bien ^^

  • The song are good, but the dance is not really good.

  • For those who knows these girls,

I personnaly think that the only one who feels herself here is mari-mai

Annie villeneuve doesnt fit there at all.

She always act "a la star académie". I dont think she has ever find her own personnality yet.

  • I'm going to do this song solo for extra credit in my class since we're learning about the time period "Chicago" takes place and I might use some of these coreography moves

  • bravo, la qualité

    flo.

  • Are these like the French Spice Girls????

  • Not at all. They're from a Reality show that would be kinda the same as American Idol.

  • u r the ridiculous =/

    This version is so cool

  • woah never saw this though my mom watches this show. Really good.

  • instead of just smiling she has to look more sexy

  • En Francaise it's even better!

..more French I need to learn in a hurry

    Zut alors!

  • Really well done.

  • Wow, I really enjoyed that, sounded totaly amazing in French!

  • woo hoo!

  • i had to sing this in school last yr so i can tell you it in englsh

  • The French translation is very well done! Great singing too.

  • Can someone write the text from the first verse. I need it for school and I don't unterstand every word.

    Pls, I need help!!! ;-}

  • tres bien! magnafique!

  • so this is who sang instead of catherine zeta jones?

  • OK let me dot the i's and cross the t's here: Zeta Jones sang for herself in the original movie, but for France, Québec and other French-speaking audiences, the movie was dubbed with French-language dialog and lyrics, and apparently Zeta-Jones' part was spoken and sung in French by this girl.

  • I like this version! :)

  • Music great, but I think they could have done something more with the choreography. Good anyway ^^

  • i like the singer with the hat

  • Her name is Marie Mai! :D

  • this is from Chicago and it IS the choreography for it but they just dont pull it off the best

  • I loved the French, but the dancing was horrible. It wasn't jazz at all

  • well the thing is most of the singers are just not dancers!!

  • what the.

    the choreography was pretty good.

  • oh god. the dancing by the singers was NOT jazz at all. they don't understand the movements and probably have never heard of Fosse in their lives x__x; the real dancers were good though!

  • sexy, they could be singing " and all that sh##" and it would still look and sound great...

  • well they tried. Interesting interpretation!

  • I love the orchestrations in this.

  • Not bad.

Although whoever of the four soloists stylized the last note really made the whole end sound garbled. That was NOT cool.

  • I got chills!!! Amazing!
