Bush signed every budget that was put in front of him without a fight, but the deficits under his administration, though inexcusable, were trillions less than Obama's. Bush should have been more fiscally prudent, but Obama is behaving as though there's a limitless supply of cash to be had. You simply cannot compare the two.
