I know a way to beat it if you have the technical skills and equipment. Make a tiny canister of compressed air that is activated by pressure or removing a tab. Then, take it with you when you go out drinking. Put it in your mouth when you get stopped and activate it when the breathalyzer is in your mouth. I'm sure it could be made inexpensivley and to be somewhat reliable by a person with the right skills.
Yes there is a way but I sure aint telling...one needs to understand chemistry and have a friend who is well knowleageble in science.. :) Pay no attention to this stuff..
