You don't NEED lyrics to make it a song. That's like saying all the instrumentals in the world aren't songs. :l

Compositions refer to instrumental music, while songs are lyrics along with an instrumental accompaniment. You wouldn't call Tchaikovsky a songwriter, you would call him a composer. You wouldn't call the Jonas Brothers composers, you would call them songwriters. Thus, a difference between compositions and songs. Learn your basic music theory please.

Nice and catchy melody, some ocasional changes in the harmony structure would be good, it´s a little repetitive for a mario paint song but good job overall

It's supposed to be like a band (and by band, I mean like something like Linkin Park or the Beatles) is playing it. Most songs like that are repetitive.
