If this man is holding a pieces of Philips scull, than taking normal proportions of the body, it seems that Philip was a Pigmey. Not much taller than a child. Can it be that ancient Greeks were very small by today's standards?
@Athens00 yeah thats true.this doc misses out lots of important details.the body was found in the tomb with royal treasures and inscriptions saying its king philips tomb.even statuettes of him and his father and son alexander the great,but i guess that wasnt important enough to mention ay?
@LordPlautus I believe he means that the sacred band was made up of pairs of homosexual lovers. The Idea being you' will fight harder to protect the one you love.
@LordPlautus You think that's funny? I'm sure you would be too afraid to laugh at them if you lived during their period. They were renown for their military discipline and fanatic warrior spirit. They defeated the now famous Spartans several years prior to facing Alexander and Philip. Both of whom, were themselves bisexual.
@Alexandros1294 It would be very strange for a man of his period to not be bisexual. And all the accounts I've heard support that view. Certainly his father Philip was, as we know from the account of his assassination which was apparently based on a homosexual lovers quarrel involving his body guard and another member of the court.
@GaiusIuliusTaberna The Macedonians weren't typically bisexual. Also, there are plenty of theories as to why Pausanius murdered Philip. I don't feel like arguing it though. Read JFC Fuller, he presents all of them.

Watch the frame around 0:21 sec, where both heads are in full view. Philip's head is almost half the size of modern guy's head.

@COROVICD
Ancient Greeks were short people. They were around 155 cm tall.
Until the 19th century that was about the average height of Greeks.
The gaiters found in Phillip's tomb belonged to a very small man!
It is surprising to see!

@GaiusIuliusTaberna Alexander bisexual is debatable. But it is true, the Thebans were fearsome soldiers.

I've not heard of that being disputed.
