you'll have to connect the itouch/iphone to your computer using sync and edit the reg files and input your background and than download a few files from installer to the phone to able to enable it. Email me to get more information about this topic.

im have issues with my itouch where everytime i plug it in it says its in recovery mode and i try to restore it w/o the computer but it wont work....it was working just finr before i downloaded the new version of itunes.

to recover the itouch you need to have it connected to the computer with itunes. If you download the new version its hard to jailbreak it. I haven't mess around with the itouch/iphone in a while because I am a fan of the HTC touch pro.  I prefer that over iphone.

get itouch, no question about it man. I played with a sony x and yes it does have a good equalizer to mess around with. But the product by itself is boring.... I would only use it for music that is it.... The itouch is used for music/internet/games.etc..... itouch is the way to go man.

Awalker454 jailbreaking does not mess up the itouch. The person who is installing it did it wrong and did not read step by step instructions. However he is still able to fix his itouch. All he has to do is have itunes and plug up his itouch to the computer, itunes will pick it up and simple restore it. End.

ya lost me lol If you have the "new" ones that are out now. I believe they have a mandatory 2.2 The good news is yes there is a way how to unlock it. However I haven't mess with the new firmware hacks. I'm still old school with my hacks. (don't change what you like only for things that you don't)
