The correct wording would be, off pitch... and when we speak/sing in Hmong the placement of vowels of different when singing in other languages... Hmong is far back in our mouths versus like German where you can barely say a word without spitting... I think this song would be better with NO vocals... I honestly think the Girl was better than Ciaj Sia, she barely went off tone as for Ciaj Sia he turned all the notes into flat trying to make it harmony, but turned out to be too high where the girl's note doesn't complement his, noticed Ciaj Sia didn't follow the real melody and does not have a melody compared to the girl, she set the melody the same just a bit altered here and there, and the Harmonizing was bad, Ciaj Sia was too loud and notes were off, also theres no Vibrato makes it plain
