Evan though I am extremely good for my age (Best in my Highschool, and I'm a freshman), This is still challenging, but I can play it. You can call a drum kit with two pedals, or two bass drums, a double bass kit. Not to be confused with the double bass as mentioned above. You CAN put two bass pedals onto a single bass kit. The main pedal will have two hammers, and there will be an extension that typically attaches to the main pedal to operate the left hammer.

Dude, there's only a handful of expert plus songs that you really need a second pedal for. I can do Master of Puppets, One, and quite a few of the others with just one pedal. It's not hard. If you know how to play right, you can do it one pedal and one stick too. It's not that bad.
