Why this show for only one season? I don't understand,it was great,lots of laughs,compassion,drama with suspense! The actors were right on the money,all of the characters were outstanding.HBO do it again already!

How about a shout out/kudos to the British director Anthony Minghella - also, the dir. of 'The English Patient', 'The Talented Mr. Ripley'...this was a labor of love for him, which he completed before he passed away about a year ago at the age of 54.

Thanks I love this show. A big shout out to Anika Noni Rose, she's from Connecticut like me. Jill Scott you did a excellent job in Tyler Perry movie'' why did I get married. I am going to say that in this HBO show you do a good job as well. I like that it's based in Africa. Many Blessings to you ladies! Ladies Power!
