So Govenor Sanford wants to pay off debt with stimulus money? The money is to provide STIMULUS to the economy, as Govenor it is his responsibility to utilise this money in projects which willl provide jobs and assist in projects that will generate revenue for the state. If Govenor Sanford cannot do that, then he nneds to step aside and allow someone else to get the job done. There is no excuse for NOT taking the money.
