One of the wonderful things about Youtube is that we all get the opportunity to hear such wonderful talent, long after the video has been made. As a singer/ guitarist in BC, Canada ( but English!) I must say that you have the perfect voice for this song, I even understand the words you sing, and if I was in my 20s, not 60s, I think I'd be on a plane back to the UK to follow you!

Yes, New Shekel since the sentiment is from a man to a woman, however this song is often sung by women and indeed, many of them are quite beautiful. The sentiment could easily be reversed to be from a woman to a man, but who would really want to rewrite Rabbie Burns? Heh.

This is a lovely young singer who owns a splendid, natural, clear soprano voice.
