It was the pilot to a tv show, it was meant to be filmed and broadcast in 2008 but they cancelled it.

You might be able to find the rest of the pilot on youtube though :)

It was a one-off, but If It was popular they were going to turn it into a series, so it served as a pilot, but it was so lame and got such bad ratings they just scrapped the idea.

I have the whole episode obviously, i can upload it for you If you want. Might have to wait until the weekend though.
