I have a plain cherry red rg120. could i possibly pay to have a mirror scratch plate as well as a sunburst feature put on? I feel just plain red is too...plain. i dont want a white pickguard because that would be copying a stratocaster and a black pickguard just doesnt really look good to me.

@fuducker2 Well I didn't do this, I took this to someone I know and I paid quite a bit of money to get it done. Unless you'd want to spend hundreds of dollars customising just the look of your guitar you may aswell put it towards a new guitar.

If you do though you'll have to look around for someone who builds and fixes guitars, there's not much else I can suggest.

First time hearing EMG's in a RG. I was gonna put Evolutions in mine but you just gave me another option.

The Evolutions are pretty awesome, they were up on my list when getting the guitar customised. I went with the EMGs though, and they've been great. Only downside is it's hard to get a good clean sound, since it produces quite a 'fake' tone.
