I am a law student studying in India. There is a law in the American constitution that requires the people to pay income tax. It's written in the Internal revenuw code .. I think section 1. But the point is that this law is unconstitutional as it is a non representative unapportioned direct tax and that itself is unconstittional. Thus, that law written in the internal revenue code is NULL AND VOID.

As for the documentary guy asking what federal law prohibits him from video-taping government buildings, it's the same law that prevents cameras in the supreme court or other government areas. These laws are passed so that terrorists can't use the photos to plan an attack, not to hide government from the people. If that were true then you wouldn't have c-span.
