@khoid the problem is the sheer amount of missiles that mother will launches at you. if they stay on your screen your processor has to calculate all of their movements but also send a message to the monitor, hence lag. In other wards stay the fuck a way from the missiles, and you should be alright. I had the same problem and this worked for me. If this doesn't work for you, Im sorry man I wish I could help.

@scimitarstyle Actually I figured it out, It was my ever favority plasma cannons. It turns out having them even equiped for the battle causes lag..

I do really hate the sound effects on PS3.. Like the Long range cannons to SOMW sounds not as powerfull as the shots really is. Like the sounds better on 360... And the boost power regulation. But I love that PS3 got free web.. But hate all the web problems it got... Gaaah...So sad about the fight with PS3 and 360

Best things to shoot at are the eight small gun emplacements in amongst the legs, then take out all the large cannons you can see. Keep working upwards and take out the giant cannons on top, and once you're out in the open you'll start getting pummeled with missiles. Look for the triangular hatches and take those out before anything else.

By the way, when I get a system back...Can anyone recommend a fast schematic? Mine touched 3300 on 1.15 and on 1.4 (My most recent play) It was around 3000 if done right. Any suggestions? I will gladly trade my schematic for a fast one. Mine was good for spontaneous boosting. Just getting in close and taking care of the problem. I remember my parts so no worries.

Why fly with the VOB? Stick to the ground and Motherwill won't hit you. Just get some coffee and wait till you're there.

On one of the other Arms Fort missions on hard mode, your VOB malfunctions like 10 seconds in. You get to boost the whole damn way through a fleet of battleships. Yay.

lol the VOB uses a massive amount of energy and you can only get so far until it depletes and is required to be purged - the lady talking to you let's you know that it is depleted and that it will be purged

Is this the ps3 version? how have you got it running so smoothly? every time i play this level i get to the mother will and the framerate drops to like 2fps making it impossible to beat. I've installed the game to my HD, and freed up 7 gig of space and it's still not helped in the slightest.

Don't know what could be your problem man, I just played through the game on my 360 (including this level) and I didn't experience a single framerate drop. Could your xbox be overheating maybe?

thats is a PS3 gfx problem, see the thing is, everyone talks aobut how much more powerful the PS3 is then the 360 tech wise, well it is, its actually too powerful for the majority of games, specifically when it comes to gfx, many people get problems like framerate going really slow and whatnot, thats becasue the game was designed using the 360 as the base becasue more people have them, and then when its ported over to the PS3, problems occur

Actually i think it is a software problem by the developers or something. U can prevent the frame rate issue by uninstalling the game(installing the game to the HDD actually causes frame rate problem and freezes).

So far I have uninstalled the game and it has been working well.

Why did you get a thumbs down? Most people don't know but putting a game on it doesn't always help. Hell, I tried to play FF11 online and had load errors. Saving it made everything go to total shit. So I got it resurfaced. You'd be surprised how shit games can get in production internally.

No, AC4 parts aren't transferable. They did this because it would unbalance the online. Many parts were rebalanced and removed. For example, imagine new pilots going against the EC-O307AB or an AC with 350 FRS points. It would completely imbalance the rankings. Besides, having all parts from AC4 would ruin campaign. They would have to make it very hard.

I hardly ever log on, and I love it. This is one of those games that's good by yourself or with friends. By yourself, you really get to enjoy all the fine parts of making your mech, and testing it out in the various missions and storylines of the game. If you've played AC4, it's almost twice as big, which is what drew me in completely.

Everyone makes this harder than it really is. You see you don't need to destroy the missile pods or any of the little cannons under each wing. The most appropriate way to take it down is to destroy both large triple-barrel cannons and everything around the center tower, including all the small and large shelves and the two launch arms you can see 3:12 into this vid. Do this quickly with any AC with a punch-blade and large rockets on your back. circle the tower while firing to avoid missiles.

Rayleonard is dead. Exavil was destroyed at the end of AC4 and almost all of their top brains were absorbed by Omer (compare the LAHIRE and AALIYAH frames). BFF would've died due to the sinking of the Queenslance, but they got their act together.

as far as I see it, I think it's funny for BFF to be under the command of GA. GA is usually on your side, not you're not certain which side their on.

What I hate most is why Line Ark wouldn't agree with Cradle since they both want the exact same thing. I never wanted to fight someone like White Glint! I almost cried. ;_; Some Companies should have just joined like the old ones did in Armored Core: Last Raven.

in my opinion/assumption, Line Ark is based on the self-omnipotent ideals of Fiona. The fact that she destroyed the very nation she and the previous protaganist defended, Anatolia, may be the result of that. The league is the main cause of this casual war, so Line Ark and Collard would've nagotiated based on that. But this is what happens when some people can't use rational thought.

The name of the attack that causes a huge explosion centering on AC is "Assault Armor(AA)". And, the function is provided in KRB-PALLAS. By the way, there are seven kinds of OBB in which the AA function is provided.

The huge OB unit used by the first stage of the mission is Vanguard Overed Boost(VOB). This can be used only by a specific mission.

Normal OB of this AC is KRB-PALLAS.
