The off-hand weapons, if you're wondering why there is more diversity, is a modifier on what abilities your Phantasm does. For instance, if you have a pistol, your clones do ranged damage, and if it's a sword, they melee. Not sure on the specifics on the scepter and foci though.

I feel like the best way to use mantras, is to summon clone, cast mantra while enemy is distracted, explode clones/phantasms. Rinse repeat, until the enemy gets it, then do it in a different order or add some utility skills with it.

They may invite them if they so desire, but they would not be able to talk about anything either way andmost likely they won't invite media members because the chance of leaks is bigger with them (not saying you would leak but in general)
