You missed it completely. I69 will be a toll road operated by foreign operators for moving goods into the US from Canada and Mexico. The plan is to move what's left of manufacturing jobs outside the US as the Burger King jobs remain. The US will continue on the path of being a service based consumer credit driven economy until it collapses. That road is not for you and me.
