@lanufong Depends on your preference, in English you can hear the accents, in Japanese it is a lot harder to hear the accents but it's more accurate.

@Strikecourser I personally found the dub for this to be rather terrible, though I never really gave it a chance, tbh. I'm not too sure how you judged the accents in Japanese though.

It seems that generally the dubs are seldom comparable to, let alone surpass, the original versions with subs, imo. So my idea is to stick with the subs, unless there's something that's actually irritating you about them. After all, as long as it's translated well, it's how it was originally intended to be recieved.

Cowboy BEBOP had a strong musical influence ("Bebop" was a jazz sub-genre from around the 40's~50's). A lot of the soundtrack was jazz of different kinds, based off some of the jazz from the 50's 60's... This song is what you'd call swing jazz, which was popular around the 30's. That fits perfectly with this anime.
