Ok, SPOILERS:

Kohta (the boy with the green shirt) befriends Lucy (the girl killing everyone). Lucy falls in love with Kohta and asks Kohta who he's going to the fair with, a boy or a girl. Kohta lies and tells her he's going with a boy cousin.

Upon seeing Kohta with his female cousin at the fair, Lucy's dark side takes over and she starts killing people. The people on the train was Kohta's sister and his father.

Good anime but sometimes it's just sad. =(

The Japanese have a fucked up idea of intertainment, Elfen Lied is one of the weirdest, and most fucked anime up i have ever seen. and i have seen some fucked up shit. But i guess it's not like hentai were everything they do is iligual.
