Ive heard that you can unlock him in the Gamecube version, but on the PS2 version, you have to use a cheat disc. ;)

Moloch is bigger and more hunched over.

The stages are different.

Li Mei has two fighting styles and her weapon here, whereas in Armageddon the characters only have one fighting style and a weapon.
