i was there to see my best friend come home and it was the most amazing thing i've ever witnessed. i've never been through anything so emotional in my life wondering if you're ever going to hear from them again when they're over there. its heartwrenching and im glad to see all the support they had there!
It's great to see so much support for the USA troops coming home.but in my we country we The uk/n.Ireland our troops our shouted at called insults for doing there duty an bringing peace to the world, who by you might ask by nationalist republicans I.r.a ..but our soldiers did not fear cause they had thousands to welcome them home . Support our troops uk/USA/canada all our troops that our fighting evil.lest we forget.
WOW that was awesome!!! I'm happy to say, I have a video of my son and his unit coming home from Afghanistan, but the town didn't turn out like this, the local news wasn't there, only the family's were there to welcome them. As I did with this video, I cried when you hear those sirens, and you see those buses coming, it's a feeling that is undescribable. It's the most natural high I've ever been on in my life. Thank you for sharing this with us, you can watch my son's homecoming on here also :)
@welshhoya perhaps you'd like to live with the Taliban and see who rapes and kills women, children, the old and infirmed~~ you've just proven that you're and ignorant and misinformed idiot~~~ climb back into your hole and shut it~~~
@welshhoya you need to check what flag I live under....Calling a Canadian an American is fighting words on this side of the pond~ oh, and I was born in the UK and bloody proud of it. Our lads are taking hits just as much as yours except WE have less lads there to go around, so it hurts everyone just as equally.
I recently went to a welcome home parade for my local Light Dragoons in a town called Dereham, that was undoubtedly one of the porudest days of my life so far!! The other proudest day was when I passed my driving test. RESPECT GUYS N LADIES. I love them.
Everyone coming home deserves that, but not enough people give a da*n. They put there life on the line to save people they don't even know and to give people they don't know the freedoms that we have and no one cares. The only ones who do care are the parents and the significant others of those who go over.
too much shaking going on for this video. whoever did it needs to work on stayin still when shooting a video

@derekby1 Misinformed? You kill because your told to. You cant think for yourself.
You have an arogance that "foreign people" dont grieve like you. They'll just get over it and live happily in democracy.
