We also kept the reels at around 7lbs of drag. That is alot for anyone for a 15+ minute fight, especially back to back to back. Some people think that isnt much, but try tying your rod tip to a 7lb weight and hold it off the ground for 15 minutes. Might have to get a harness for next year!

HAAHH!! Thats Funny Craig, Believe me, I spent the entire day trying to explain to them what a huge accomplishment this was. I think as they get older they will understand better. It was pretty rough earlier in the AM, and they were both a little sea sick on top of having very little sleep. I warned them that a bunch of grown men would be a little jealous when we made the video. HA!- Thanks! -Mike

Hey Mike, this is Lanny. Awesome video and nice fish too man. Nice to see Team Old School back at it this year. Last year was SLOW. I got rid of my boat and took up metal detecting. I may come up after Christmas and fish a day or two. Give me a call some time.
