Hes great because hes 40 and beat the hell out of Dawson. So what, Dawson landed a few more bitch jabs that won him points. A real fighter fights, not run away and flick his wrist. Dawson was also being an ass hole.

Johnson is not only in the top 5 best light heavyweights in the world, but hes a classy, nice guy that works hard and always puts on a good show.

Dawson clearly won the only surprise was the margin. Johnsons bombs had more effect but the output and points were obviously in favor of Dawson. It's kind of funny the short memories of fans. I guess the Johnson supporters didn't turn the tv on till round 10 and missed the commanding lead Dawson had built.

Dawson did win. Johnson had him hurt once or twice, but Dawson controlled much of the fight, controlled the distance and pace, and threw and landed way more punches. Glen was walking into punches for 2 minutes of every round. It was close, I could see Johnson saying he thought he won, but come on, he's acting like he just dominated Dawson and got robbed, which couldn't be farther from the truth.

I belive this bout was about punch output. Dawson "won" some rounds on pitty patin' on Johnnsons arms and gloves + nearly everything of any significance was thrown by Johnson. We had a lot of fights like this - jugded on the punch output, not quality and acuracy. I agree that Dawnson thrown moree punches but not a hight percentage of them found the target. Plus what he was lending had 1/3 of the power of shots landed by Johnson. If Dawson is the future of lh division it's too bad for it

i admit, he gave it to dawson, and i was pissed to see him lose. boxing is more corrupt than the white house, and they were not letting a 39 journeyman with no box office appeal get a decision over someone who could potentially revive the division to where it was in the bob foster days. it was sad though, i like dawson, but i had mad respect for johnson...the fight should have been a draw...

Glen is old, and so are the opponents he has been facing for his past 12 fights. The last guy Glen fought who was in his 20's was Daniel Judah and that fight ended in a draw. Glen just doesn't have the arsenal to keep Chad's outside game at bay. Chad is too fast, and moves around the ring too well for Glen to keep up. Dawson wins a UD

I like Glen Johnson and all, and he's a great fighter, but he's aging and Dawson's skills are unreal. He's going to outclass Johnson come April 12. Dawson is considered the future of this division for a reason, and if he were to lose, than he doesn't deserve the praise he's been getting. But Dawson is always serious for a fight and I don't see anybody at 175 or below beating him.
