Ok how did you get to the edit feature of the main menu when you  went to customize it you never showed it and I dont see that option anywhere on my env3?

i found out that you can access the favortites on the front by doing Menu> Contacts> Favorites

Can you turn off the threaded messaging? looks like it would annoying me . And my other question is has the software update already came out? I'm looking at getting a new phone and this one looks cool but I hope it doesn't lagg up.

He says in the beginning that threaded messaging is turned on by default, but you can turn it off.  :)

hey just thought id let u know. if u make it like the env2 messeging and then get a message and decide not to type to reply. later u can got to ur inbox. highlight the msg u want and just reply just start typin after u select it

you cant. u hav to drag and drop the files to the device from windows media player. itunes is only compatible with apple products.

hey how do u set ur music as ringtone?

the only way i know is to send it to your phone via bluetooth. if you have a mac, you just click the bluetooth icon in your menu bar and click "click send file..." i'm pretty sure most PCs don't come with bluetooth but if they do it might be done in a similar fashion

it doesn't sync with itunes. i think you need verizon software. i'm really not sure since i don't use it as an mp3 player. but yes it is more complicated than that.

@usernamemam1 it's actually not complicated at all. you just drag and drop the mp3 files. If you have a micro SD card it's even easier. just drag and drop into the my music folder.

It costs 99 cents per megabyte you download. ( Which gets extremely expensive very fast. ) Or you can purchase the VPAK plan on Verizon. Its 15$ per month but you have unlimited internet, apps over the air, games, and VCAST videos.

you can set it to the 'save' setting and it can take it as long as you want. But if you do the 'send' setting then only like 30 secs

i assume so since it has a qwerty keyboard but the touch screen is god awful and the battery life is worse. i went for the env3 because i wouldn't use the touch screen and it's smaller and has better battery life

no, i like the browser too much. but it does have worse reception and battery life. that's not to say it's bad, but the env2 has amazing battery life and reception. but the env2 also broke a lot... so it's you're call. both have pros and cons.

(Constructive Criticism Alert!!!)

Not that you're bad looking but I want to see the phone, not so much a closeup of your head talking about the phone. Also, you can't read the display since your camera isn't refocusing. Finally, your screen close-ups have a reflection of your windows making it hard to see the screen. Sorry for the review of your review but there's a few simple things you can do to make the presentation a lot better.

thanks for the tips! i did try to do all of those things but i couldn't get the camera to auto focus, and i need a bright room so that the screen wouldn't be totally washed out, but that led to glare, but i figured that was better than just seeing a totally white screen. i'll try to do that in my next reviews, though!
