  • Your are a dumb ass. Can't even test them right

  • @Prest0nify Well smart guy, what am I doing wrong?

  • You can try it on yourself, its not dangerous !!

  • IDIOT!! VOLT IS NOT POWER, AND YOUR METER MEASURE ONLY THE RMS VOLTAGE (go back to school), which will be very low because the peak is very short !.. TRY TO DO IT WITH A SCOPE AND A DIVIDER TOROIDAL TRANSFORMER, OU WILL SEE THE PEAK AT 800.000VOLTS. I remind everyone that its not the voltage that kill, but the amount of current going trough the heart !! IDIOOOOOOOOOT!!!!!!!!!!

  • @jimmy69neutron69 Your argument is invalid. My video refers to advertising voltage vs measured voltage, has nothing to do with CURRENT FLOW... Even if my meter is not accurate, 800kv will easily arc through and across the cheap inner circuitry of the stun gun. Look at a Tesla coil with only 400 Kv. It may have more secondary current, but voltage is what primarily determines how far electricity can jump. Please correct me if I'm wrong, Mr. Idiot, sir (I had fun typing this)

  • 1)Sorry for my dirt language I was a little drunk, now i'm not

2)The advertising voltage refers to the peak voltage, you are seing the volt RMS (root middle square of the voltage)

    3) remember that there is physically no way to get a voltage WITHOUT making a current flows. A voltage between to points does always make a current flows. A stun gun doesn't give more than a few nano amps (10E-9Amps), but there is a current. Nothing is perfectly insulating, or perfectly conducting.

  • 4) Stun gun is electrically designed so that the current gived can't kill someone (about 50 micro amps flowing trough the heart).

    5) Remember also that the advertising voltage is NEVER perfectly the one you will get with YOUR device,

    6) I am biomedical engeneer, if you dont understand what i am fucking talking about, go back to school.

7)You will need a very special and expensive equipment to do these tests....

  • 8) Refers to PEAK LEVEL, RMS LEVEL, DUTY CYCLE.

Your method does not consider the DUTY CYCLE of the signal !!!!!!

    AMEN

  • 800kv? thats the kind of power you'd find coming out of a sub-station transformer!!!

  • so that means if it really had 800kv you'd be lit up like the sun

  • @zackthegoth Tesla coils are around 800kv and they shoot large bolts of electricity. Try containing that power in a tiny buzzing cheap stun gun which feels like a bee sting (on steroids).

  • fuck the song is backmashed are you an idiot illuminati ?

  • @talabastardo - No, he's actually one of those Area 51/FEMA super duper agents that fake moon landings and experiment on aliens. Duh!

  • the meter you have is probabley and a/c meter, rather than the d/c meter you need.

  • @rrcarr731 It measures the electrostatic potential. It is higher frequency AC-DC I believe.

  • @rrcarr731 This is a High Voltage DC test probe. The output of stun guns is rectified so the probes are DC current and not AC. The meter that bossoholic is using is for testing high voltage dc. Chech out this web page for specs if you want testpath.com/pdf/BK_Precision/bk-precision-hv44a-manual.pdf

  • How come the manufacturers get away with rating them at at higher voltage than what they really are?

  • Because we have no way of testing them, and with most people not knowing or caring anything about electricity and physics- or having the money to buy the equip, everybody believes what they want to. The seller plays off that.

    Except me and you.

The voltage meter here was $40. It is rare though!

  • I agree with you there on people not caring about how things work.
