You are in the slower lane, so he had to speed up to get in back of you and then switch lanes with his lights on that have one light brighting you. Thanks for your uploads. I just learned about "gang stalking" and have yet to see a video on youtube or on a website that doesn't look/read like typical conspiracy theorist nonsense. 99% of the videos show some stoner kid being a paranoid spaz thinking the government is out to get them. To me, it seems arrogant for one to think they are so special that the federal government will turn its resources and technology to follow them to Walmart.
