@arowupthebut It's not about your Processor, it's what you have for outputs on your video card. Is there a S-Video Output? If you have a dual core you might have a video card with HDMI output(which is better and easier to hook up since the audio is included in an HDMI-but I doubt you have one being that most Video cards don't). So, look at the back of your PC and look where your Monitor plugs in-this area is your video card-find out what you can hook up to(VGA,HDMI,S-Video)hook up TV to 1 there.

@rockband2xbox360 the satellite tv offers something like 478 channels from the US-all the cartoon channels you can wish for-plenty of other main channels also. Have you hooked up your pc to your tv? If you have, this makes the satellite tv software so much better because you can find whatever you want to watch on your pc and chill on the couch in front of your tv.

@ShaunJ4Y1873 U have to look at what you have on the back of your pc - vga - s video - all depends on your video card. if your tv is 1080i you should have up to 3 hdmi inputs on it and component inputs - you'll have to find an adapter that goes from one to another - hope this helps.

If you want to connect to an HDTV and want it to be HD then you need to have a new computer with an HDMI output. If you have an old computer and want it to conect HD then you are out of luck.

you may need to adjust the display setting for your television thru your computer display settings. on my vista i just right click the desktop and choose graphics properties and select television.

you can either buy a new graphics card which will cost about £40- I got Nvidia GeForce 9600GT, it has S-video, DVI-D and VGA.

Or you could buy a VGA or DVI-D (depending on which one you use now) adpater going to S-video.
