Shooter McGavin is easily one of the best villains in movie history. It really is a testament to Christopher McDonald's acting. The man hasn't gotten nearly as much recognition as he deserves.

Good God I would not want to be chased by that guy. Did you see him? He looks like I don't know what but he is scary looking. I watched this movie like three or four times a week when I was a kid, still love it to this day. This part of the movies always made me laugh you hear Shooter screaming in the background because he's getting the hell beat out of him it makes and the scene get's even funnier because the guy yells "Stay still" it still makes me almost cry from laughing so hard.
