Kurt returned from Rome in March after the supposed "suicide" attempt on my mother's birthday and I told him about my cousin who had just gotten out of rehab. The rehab facility had garnered my cousin's income tax money which he had planned to use to start his life over with. This is not the only thing that Kurt used about my life.

You really think he would have wanted to leave Frances to be raised by that monster? He loved Fraces way too much to kill himself and even said if him and Court got a divorce (which is what he wanted to do) he would still maintain a relationship with his daughter. There were no finger prints on the gun that he supposedly shot himself with. The amount of heroin he had in his system would have made it impossible for him to even remove the needle from his arm after the injection.

Those actions are that of a person who diliberately wanted to die. Kurt Cobain had Crohn's disease. Crohn's disease and depression have a strong correlation. Many of the neurotransmitter in the brain responsible for good mood are connected to nerves in the stomach. Hence, stomach problems = mood problems. I've had stomach problems my whole life. I also have depression. Depression kills people. Not Courtney Love. She just scares them.

Whatever his mental state was in '93 he was in much better shape in '94. He had found a medical remedy for his stomach condition and was looking forward to raising his daughter. I'm not disputing his demise; because I don't know enough about it to make a decision. I can only look at both sides and ruminate about it. I feel Kurt was looking for the natural way, but got caught up in drugs and lost his mind. He went below mind in a way, eventhough his suicide note is full of love. @Gmancrap the way I see it, why on earth would the supposed "killer" use a shotgun to kill Kurt??? If Kurt was incapacited on heroin, the "killer" would surely have a number of silent methods to finish him off. A shotgun would be way too loud and potentially alert anyone who might have been near by. They could have just given Kurt a few more extra lethal shots of heroin and make it appeared like he OD'd by accident, this would also eliminate the need to make a "forged" suicide note.
