in other words it is there but need to edit your save for consoles in order to have. go to

to view all.

These items are also on consoles, they are built into the game, you must edit your saves if you want them. I have FALLOUT NV on 360 an i have teh Debug mega pistol an 900 Gojiro. Gojiro will be listed as a misc. item drop one an it will apear attacking you. Just replace the gojiro code with any item. an set duribility as -1. an your mega pistol at any if you put it on. 999999 buribility it becomes 99999 damage.

No follower will die when u play on any other difficulty than hardcore. They simply drop unconscious and wake up after a minute or so.

A Legendary deathclaw has roughly 1000 health and can do a couple hundred damage on strike. Not only could Gorjra kill those deathclaws, but it could kill dozens of them before they take it down

Gojira was originally supposed to be a wild wasteland encounter (I'm not sure where) but the developers must have thought that prohibiting wild wasteland people from going somewhere (else getting owned) wasn't right (it is as of yet unsure why dead wind cavern is in-game)
