if someone comes up to you and says "oye, como va?" that's a greeting...

but in this case, he's saying "listen to how it goes."

"oye como va, mi ritmo. bueno pa(ra) gozar"

literal translation -> "listen to how it goes. my rhythm. good for enjoying"

he's telling someone to listen to his rhythm...
